In accordance with the revised Corporate Governance Code approved by the Financial Regulatory Commission in March 2022, Netcapital Finance Corporation NBFI held a regular Board of Directors meeting at the ASEM CLUB HOUSE on June 24, 2022.
At the meeting, the management team, led by First Deputy CEO B. Khunshagai, presented the company's operational and financial performance for 2021 and 2022. They also discussed and gathered feedback on the company's future projects and programs. Furthermore, in line with the new governance code, the board reviewed and discussed the regulations for the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination committees. A vote was also held to determine the members of these committees.
