Key Responsibilities

• Receive and advise on loan applications from clients.
• Monitor the loan process and ensure timely repayments for each loan, taking responsibility for collections.
• Create a timeline for overdue loans, seize collateral, and sell it.
• Interview clients, explain product terms, and accept and research applications from qualified clients.
• Attract new clients, promote and sell products and services to both new and existing clients, and provide necessary information and advice.
• Conduct loan research.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in banking, finance, economics, or business administration is an advantage.
• Experience: Experience in loan or sales operations within a bank, financial, or business institution is an advantage.
