Create and propose channels and mechanisms for attracting funds, such as bonds, loans, and contracted investments.
Prepare information, presentations, and materials related to issuing securities.
Research and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the legal environment.
Prepare materials and presentations for management and investors.
Job Requirements
Education: University degree in finance, economics, investment, or banking and finance.
Experience: 2 or more years of experience in the investment or financial sector. Experience with issuing securities, fundraising, and developing financial products is an advantage.
Skills:
Ability to analyze financial statements and investments.
Knowledge of financial regulations and the legal environment.
Ability to research and analyze economic and capital market trends.
Strong research, analysis, and document drafting skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
