Assign tasks to branches and provide guidance and information to implement the company's long, medium, and short-term sales plans.
Process, report, and provide information related to loan operations.
Analyze and assess loan repayment and quality to improve them.
Plan, organize, and improve daily operations.
Ensure policies and regulations in the branch are consistent, continuously improve them, and monitor their implementation.
Recruit, train, guide, and professionally manage the branch's human resources, consistently motivating and developing them and monitoring their performance.
Provide training, recommendations, and instructions to employees related to implementing loan products and services, and monitor their progress.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
Skills:
Highly proficient in office software.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Creative and innovative.
Experience: Previous experience in branch management is a plus.
