Netcapital Finance Corporation NBFI LLC is an NBFI (Non-Bank Financial Institution) registered in Mongolia as a limited liability company. In addition to complying with Mongolian laws, it is also obligated to follow the Corporate Governance Code established by the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC), which regulates the non-bank financial sector.
