Key Responsibilities

• Make decisions on loan applications received from branches within a determined scope of authority.
• Make decisions to approve new or additional loans.
• Implement changes to the terms and structure of approved loans.
• Make decisions to replace or release collateral.
• Lead and organize teams to improve the loan process.

Job Purpose

• Decide on loan applications from branches and units within the scope of authority.
• Provide professional support to the main functions of the Loan Department to meet the organization's strategic and operational goals.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, banking and finance, accounting, or business management.
• Experience: 1 or more years of experience in the banking and financial sector conducting loan research and analysis, collateral appraisal, risk assessment, and making decisions.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, high sense of responsibility, good self-organization, and intermediate to advanced English language skills.
