Key Responsibilities

• Act as a loan risk professional.
• Receive and advise on loan applications from clients.
• Monitor the progress and quality of loans, ensuring each loan is paid on time, and be responsible for loan collections.
• Follow up on overdue loan payments, convert collateral, and sell it in accordance with the law.
• Conduct a financial analysis of clients, present information on products and services, and provide necessary training.
• Attract new clients, resolve client complaints, ensure a culture of good service, and provide explanations and advice on sales and necessary statistical information.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Major: Any major will be considered, as training will be provided. A degree in banking, finance, economics, or business administration is an advantage.
• Experience: No experience is required, as training will be provided. Experience in the loan or risk field within a banking or financial institution is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly.
  • Problem-solving and accountability skills.
• Hard Skills:
  • Ability to conduct loan research, calculate loans, and assess risk to calculate loan costs and financing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
