Product Manager ₮2,500,000 – ₮3,000,000

A Product Manager is responsible for the successful launch, renewal, and improvement of the company's loan products and services in the market.

Gather information on how to make a product more effective through market research, customer behavior analysis, and competitor product analysis.
Develop product requirements and technical documents.
Create product and service documents and manuals.
Develop and implement a product roadmap.
Set and analyze metrics to measure product performance.
Work closely with development teams, marketing, and sales departments.
Develop a go-to-market strategy.
Conduct A/B testing, collect user feedback, and improve the product.
Research and propose new opportunities.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in financial product development and management.
Skills:
Knowledge of product development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
Ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer research.
Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in English and Mongolian.
