Key Responsibilities:

Receive and consult on loan application
Research the loan applicant's business and collateral, assess the risk, and make a decision on whether to approve the loan
Monitor the loan process and work to ensure all loans are repaid on time
Prepare relevant reports on loan activity
Promote and sell the corporation's products and services to clients, attracting new customers to increase profitability
Perform other duties as outlined in the job description

Key Responsibilities:

Work with loan risk functions
Receive loan applications from clients and provide consultation
Monitor the progress of loans and work to ensure each loan is repaid on time. Responsible for loan repayments
Create a schedule and work with overdue loans, including seizing and selling collateral
Interview clients, explain product terms, and receive and research applications from qualified clients
Attract new clients, promote and sell products and services to new and existing clients , and provide necessary additional information and advice

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

Major: No specific major required; training will be provided. (A degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is a plus.)

Experience: No experience required; training will be provided. (Prior experience in a bank, financial institution, or business in a loan or sales-related role is a plus.)

Soft skills:

Good communication skills
Ability to express oneself effectively
Ability to quickly resolve problems and conflicts Hard Skills:
Training will be provided in loan research, loan calculation, and working with high-risk loans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
