Why Choose Us?
Twelve years ago, Netcapital NBFI was founded with a team of five people, opening a new chapter in the domestic financial market. Today, it has expanded into a group of companies with more than 150 employees. Their core values, defined as being a “customer-centric, technology-based organization,” are undoubtedly the foundation of their constant search for innovation. There is no doubt that their forward-looking, technology-driven, and flexible work methods, which prioritize being close to their customers, will lead to even greater success in the future.
Since 2008, the company has successfully operated in the financial market with the goal of creating a model for financial products. Last year, they entered the international market by opening a branch in Chicago, USA. The moment we stepped into their office, it was immediately clear that these industry-leading achievements are closely linked to the culture and atmosphere of Netcapital's team. We would describe their office design in three words: minimalist, stylish, and classic.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Minimalist Design and Classic Colors
The office environment is comfortable and minimalist, free from bulky furniture. The entire office is designed for learning, development, and productivity, with the layout of desks and the color of furniture perfectly aligned with this goal. Instead of placing large, heavy furniture in the meeting rooms, common areas, and workstations, advanced technologies were installed to lighten the workload, which felt modern and innovative. The combination of brown, beige, and gray colors creates a classic and professional atmosphere.
A View Worthy of a Break
The view of the city from the windows of Netcapital's office is truly beautiful. Being able to see the entire city from the top floor of the office in downtown Ulaanbaatar is surely one of the reasons to love the workspace. During a break from intense work, spending a few moments by the window felt like a quick recharge. The orange hue of the sunset, in particular, made the office look exceptionally beautiful.
A Traditional Approach to Design
Regardless of the location, characteristics, or size of its branches, Netcapital always designs a separate kitchen. Having a separate kitchen creates a culture for employees to sit together for tea or meals, which in turn fosters a collaborative mindset and strengthens the company's atmosphere.

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
A Mindset of Continuous Growth
The company describes its work style as youthful, creative, and positive. To maintain this, employees are required to continuously learn and develop. For this purpose, they purchase online courses from Udemy. This allows them to stay up-to-date on global standards and the trends of international experts, ensuring their workforce is prepared.
Furthermore, every morning from 8:50 to 9:50 a.m. is designated as "Free Reading Time," during which employees can take online courses or read books and guides for their personal development. One employee mentioned, "We have a system where we get paid for developing ourselves and reading books."
Organizational Culture and HR Policy
To maintain an attitude of constant growth and innovation, significant effort is required not only from the company's policies and systems but also from individuals. Therefore, in its HR policy, Netcapital prioritizes EQ (emotional intelligence) over skill. Currently, 85% of Netcapital's employees are under 30 years old.
As part of its training and development initiatives, the company organizes key events that are part of the "5 NET IMPACT Strategy" on a monthly and quarterly basis. These include:
- Net Management: Internal and external training focused on personal development to help customers become financially responsible.
- Net Technology: Initiatives to offer competitive products and services through technological solutions.
- Net Care: Services and loyalty programs aimed at customers, and the exchange and implementation of new ideas.
- Net Impact: Making a positive social impact through core operations and community-focused projects to help create a strong middle class.
- Net Value: Product and service development for target customers.

Professional Collaboration
To ensure all work is done with high quality, they entrust professional tasks to experts and plan work meticulously through prior consultation. This allows them to complete each task with high quality on the first attempt, saving costs. They emphasized that this approach serves as a foundation for planning future projects and setting standards. For this reason, they entrust their office furniture to "Anun," marketing management to "Bat Solution Partners," interior design to "Adme," training and development to the "Dale Carnegie Center," and video content to "Trimon."
Key Elements of the Office Culture:
- In addition to providing transportation, food, and phone data allowances, employees receive a monthly supply of household items like toilet paper and laundry detergent.
- Employees are fully provided with necessary items. For example, their work uniforms are made by Amno Fashion, shoes by Bestshoes, and sportswear by MonLine.
- Employees who have worked for more than one year can leave at 3:50 p.m. one day a week.
- The eight-hour workday has a flexible schedule. For example, if you arrive at 8 a.m., you leave at 5 p.m., but if you arrive at 11 a.m., you leave at 8 p.m.

"I'm very fond of how our company constantly encourages employees to challenge and grow themselves, and how it genuinely supports that process. Our team is incredibly open-minded and provides equal opportunities for everyone. The work environment is also one of the most powerful motivators for employees, and that's why we focus on making our office comfortable and promoting a culture of having breakfast together." — Ch. Solongo, Director of Finance and Accounting Department
"Our office is truly organized and comfortable to work in. After a busy day, standing by the big windows and looking at the city view is a great way to relax. I also like that the seating arrangement makes it easy for employees to talk and connect with each other. As a company, I believe our biggest advantage is that, in addition to material things like this, we provide ample opportunities for employees to grow, advance, and learn." — A. Ayuush, Investment Manager
